DAO is passionate about improving the quality of health care services and the quality of life of multicultural communities struggling with chronic medical conditions. We want to do everything we can to improve the way people approach, access and receive health care services through cultural competency education to address health care disparities in minority groups.

Helen Dao and DAO Management Consulting Services   

Helen Dao heads DAO Management Consulting Services.  She has more than a decade of professional experience in her field and is a recognized expert in the field of workplace intercultural communication.

In addition to being the first Hispanic President of the New Jersey Chapter of Institute of Management Consultants, organizations like the National Association of Public Health and institutions like New Jersey City University call upon Helen as a guest speaker regularly.

DAO Management is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, USA and upholds its code of professional ethics.

The National Center for Cultural Competence at the George Washington University Center for Child and Human Development recognizes DAO Management as a provider of consultancy, technical assistance, and cultural competency training for health care professionals.
